Christian Ennor
Christian Ennor has been a personal trainer for 13 years.
He trains a whopping 60 clients a week, predominately in the boxing ring, in a Melbourne personal training studio.
Christian’s work hours depend on the availability of his clients, so he’s often training from 5:30 in the morning to 9:30 at night.
Training in the boxing ring has also had an impact on Christian’s body. Apart from being exhausted at the end of the day, he is also carrying physical injuries as a result of his daily work.
Long tiring hours at the training studio means Christian misses a lot of time with his young family – partner Rebecca and two children under the age of three….and this is something Christian wants to change.
He is looking for more balance and wants to be a better provider for his family.
Paul Taylor says: ‘Christian is a great personal trainer, but he struggles with planning for the future. I want to work with him on the way he trains, and the business side of things, to help take him from being good to great.’
